From its early beginnings, Soul2Sole sound system filled a niche in the market by
providing monthly gospel club nights for young people to socialize and enjoy
uplifting gospel music, which proved a success. Several years on, we expanded
our brand into becoming the only official Gospel Sound System at St Paul’s
Carnival in Bristol for over 5 years.

Husband and wife team Mel and Carmen Carrol co-presented their Soul2Sole radio
show for 9 years on a community-based radio station Ujima Radio 98FM. It reached 24,000 listeners weekly, playing the best in upfront urban gospel and uplifting soulful house.

The show was instrumental in providing practical tools for self-improvement and using music to get the message of hope and peace into our community.
